Tanglewood TWR2-PE matches finely graded Canadian Red Cedar top with traditional Indonesian mahogany back and sides to produce tonally rich instrument that sounds instantly wonderful tuned up right out of the box. Tanglewood luthiers have to work especially hard in creating the look and finishing the smooth edging joins of the body very carefully, because there is no binding added to the body of these models, therefore no margin for error. The cedar top is finished and sealed in high grade, low density satin lacquer and as well as capturing the stripped down raw timber looks, also adding to its sweet sounding sonic appeal. This model also features a preamp with 3-band EQ, separate presence and volume controls and a chromatic tuner. Includes a free Kyser humidifier!
