You can pay your order safely with Klarna Checkout. In our stores you can also pay with cash and by debit and credit cards.

Klarna invoice - Pay later: Order today and pay after you have received your shipment. With Klarna invoice you can pay up to 14 days later. Your agreed payment period starts when the order is shipped. The Klarna invoice will be sent to your email. You can view it on your own pages at the Klarna website and also in the Klarna app with a full review of your payments.
If you want, you can also spread the cost of your purchase giving you more time to pay. For this service Klarna may charge you a fee. We also accept Klarna invoice as a payment method in our stores.

All new items include VAT (24%). In Second Hand trading VAT is not included in prices.
We handle orders each workday. Shipping time depends on destination country. In Finland shipping takes usually 2-3 workdays. In EU it takes approximately 4-8 workdays.
If a product has been damaged or lost during delivery, report the problem within 14 days. If the product has been damaged in transport, you should promptly make a claim to the transport company and contact our customer service.
Packages must be claimed within the service provider's storage period, usually 7 days. Not claiming a package is not tantamount to canceling or returning an order. We will charge customer for shipping costs of packages that haven't been claimed.
If there is a fault with the products you have purchased, contact our customer service. We will give you instructions depending on the case. If you wish to return the products, you should do that within 14 days.
You can return and get full refund applies only if the product is returned unused (new items) and in same condition as it was when it was delivered. Product has to be in its original packaging with all materials that came along with it, including manuals and accessories. Be aware that product is your responsibility while shipping. Once the returned product has arrived to us, we inspects the product and get back to you.
Customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
All new instruments and products have a warranty of one year, excluding ESP Japan Guitars electric guitars & basses and Tokai Japan guitars & basses that have a warranty of three years.
Potentiometers, amplifier tubes, speaker elements and other consumables have a 60-day warranty from the date of purchase.
Warranty does not cover fault or damage caused by incautious or incorrect use of products.
Used products don't have warranty. They are sold as they are. If you have questions of the products you purhcased from us, please contact our customer service.
